We have received your order. You will receive your payment information within 24 hours after we check our inventory to make sure it's available. Meanwhile, here is some information regarding your delivery.

DELIVERY TIME: We deliver between 3 and 6 AM each morning unless otherwise scheduled.

ADDRESS: Please check the order you just submitted for accuracy as we will be delivering to the address you gave us. If there is an error in the address provided, we will text and/or call the phone number provided to clarify, obviously we will not be able to deliver until we have made contact and the correct address has been provided. This may ruin the surprise or be later in the day than our original time depending on the response from the person who ordered.

DOORBELL CAMERAS & DOGS: If you are able, please turn off notifications or disable the camera as it may spoil the surprise. If you know the wife/husband of the victim, you might want to let them know so they can do same. As well, dogs can wake the whole house up, please shut the front window curtains so they can’t see us even if they hear us!

TIMED SPRINKLERS: If you are able, please disable timed sprinklers on the date of delivery. If you know the wife/husband of the victim, you might want to let them know so they can do same.

DISPLAYS: These are rentals and you do not keep anything from our inventory. Please do not put in the garage as sometimes we have to pickup the order and redeliver it to another house that same morning. If you want to take it down just leave it near the front of the house where we can find it.

PAYMENT: Now that your order is confirmed we will send you the payment method you chose, either Quick Books invoice for your credit card or Etransfer instructions. This will arrive in your inbox within the next 24 hours, if you have not received please check your junk email box. Payment must be received 48 hours before the delivery date. You can always call the office and pay over the phone.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Please call the office for either of these, we will try and accommodate you the best we can.
